HR Consulting Services

As part of The Joel Paul Group’s extensive Executive Search services, we now offer a wide range of HR Consulting Services.

Our HR Consulting Services’ mission is to assist our clients to continually improve their ability to maintain a viable and professional organization and attract and retain World Class management and employees.

The HR Consulting Services include:

Compensation and Benefit Analysis and Design: A comprehensive review of your compensation levels and benefits to determine how competitive they are to other similar Not for Profit Organizations.

Employee Handbooks: Review of current employee handbook to ascertain that it is current and contains all pertinent organization policy and practice information to inform the employee and protect the Organization. Update Handbook as required.

Policy and Procedure Manuals: Review and update all Policy and Procedure Manual to keep employees fully aware of the Organization’s rules and regulations.

Job Description Development: Review and update all job descriptions to ascertain that they are complete and they conform to the Organization’s needs and compensation levels.

Recruitment, Assessment and Testing Analysis: Analysis of the Organization’s recruiting and hiring practices along with a review of assessment and testing programs, as applicable. Recommend new assessments and testing programs to improve interviewing and hiring practices.

Organizational Development: A comprehensive analysis of Organization’s current structure and provide recommendations to streamline and make more efficient.

HR Compliance Audits: Analyze all current HR practices and audits to ascertain that the Organization is conforming to its policy and procedures.

HR Workshops: We will conduct HR workshops with your managers and staff to keep them up to date on a wide range of important HR related issues.
